BOUTIQUE POLICIES
We strive to exceed your expectations. In order to enhance your experience at House of Chloë we adhere to certain policies. We work hard and create a harmonious environment where the focus is on you. Your tailored one-on-one experience awaits.
ARRIVAL
Please allow 15 minutes before and after your scheduled appointment. Late arrival may impact treatment time.
CANCELLATION
Cancellation within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the cost of your treatment. Full charge of treatment will apply for any guest who fails to arrive for a scheduled appointment.
ACCESS INFORMATION
Please be advised that a full flight of stairs are at the entry of the treatment room. Bathroom facilities are not suitable for disability access.
Upon arrival to your treatment you will be requested to wait on the front verandah waiting lounge, or alternatively in your vehicle. This is to ensure that to you have minimal contact with any other guest and that we can be uninterrupted during your treatment stay. We have allowed ample time in-between each visitor to ensure sanitisation standards are upheld, and to minimise contact between each guest.
AGE REQUIREMENTS
Guests under the age of 18 years are to be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Your therapist has a current Australian Police History check for working with children under the age of 18 years old.
GIFT CERTIFICATES
Gift Certificates are available for purchase via direct message, over the phone or in person. Delivery options include contactless pick up or drop off, or the cost of Australia Post will be calculated for you.
All Gift Certificates are not refundable.
PAYMENTS
MasterCard, Visa, debit cards and cash payments are welcome along with Gift Certificates. At this time we only accept payment from Australian based accounts. We do not accept payment from American Express, and also we do not provide private health care rebates for our Remedial Massage Treatments at this time.
PRODUCT PURCHASES & RETURNS
House of Chloe accepts returns in the original unopened condition with proof of purchase. All returns must be within seven days of purchase, by obtaining authorisation from House of Chloë. Return and exchange shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and the original shipping charge is nonrefundable.

We are constantly developing our services to bring you the very best in treatment modalities and self-care rituals. Although we make every effort to keep our website and menu updated, please note that prices and services are subject to change at any time.
CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
Sick or feeling unwell? If you are sick or under the weather, please let us know as soon as possible so we can reschedule your treatment.
COVID-19 - As per the NSW Health guidelines for Covid-19 all guests:
Provide proof of 2x Covid-19 vaccinations or an approved medical exemption
Must wear a well fitted face covering or face mask to and from your appointment
Have not visited or arrived from any of the current Covid-19 hot spots
Must check in by scanning the QR code provided
